17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This print showcases a mesmerizing microscopic view of Escherichia coli bacteria cells, more commonly known as E. Coli. With its vibrant colors and intricate details, this image provides a fascinating glimpse into the world of microbiology. E. Coli is a prevalent type of bacteria that can be found in various food sources such as beef and vegetables. As a rod-shaped facultative anaerobic organism, it possesses both pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains, making it an essential subject for medical research. The digitally generated illustration highlights the abundance and growth of these gram-negative bacteria, emphasizing their role as potential pathogens responsible for infections in humans. The green hue adds an artistic touch to the medium group of objects depicted in this artwork. With its three-dimensional perspective, this image allows us to explore the inner workings of these microorganisms at the cellular level. From cytoplasm to protoplasm, every biomolecule within these tiny organisms contributes to their functioning. This visually striking print serves as a reminder of the importance of understanding microorganisms like E. Coli in fields such as medicine and healthcare. It symbolizes scientific progress and represents ongoing efforts in bacteriology, cytology, pathology, molecular biology, and biochemistry. While not affiliated with any specific company or intended for commercial use purposes only, this photograph from Stocktrek Images captures the beauty hidden within our microscopic world while also highlighting crucial aspects related to human health and well-being
