23"x19" (58x48cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 16x12 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 23x19 inches (584x482mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This print by Hugh Rooney showcases the breathtaking beauty of Ireland's County Clare, specifically the iconic Cliffs of Moher. Taken from the south on the Cliffs of Moher Coastal Walk, this image captures a mesmerizing view that will leave any viewer in awe. The photograph perfectly encapsulates the essence of this stunning coastal destination. The white waves crash against the majestic cliffs, creating a dramatic contrast against the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. The rugged and rocky coastline stretches as far as the eye can see, showcasing nature's raw power and beauty. These cliffs hold great historical significance as well. Once owned by notable figures such as Colonel John Browne, Earl of Thomond, and Edmund Sexton Pery, they have become an emblematic landmark for Ireland. The sandstone formations reveal layers of geology that tell stories spanning millions of years. Visitors to this remarkable sight are greeted with a vista that combines leisure and adventure. Whether you're seeking tranquility or thrill-seeking through stormy weather conditions, these cliffs offer an unforgettable experience for tourists from all over Europe and beyond. Hugh Rooney's masterful photography allows us to appreciate every detail in this picture-perfect moment captured along Ireland's enchanting shoreline. It serves as a reminder of why Ireland is often referred to as "the Emerald Isle" - its natural landscapes like these are truly treasures worth exploring during your vacation or travels in Eire.
