More than 60 members of Northallerton Motorcycle Action Group rode through the town at

More than 60 members of Northallerton Motorcycle Action Group rode through the town at the weekend as part of an appeal to help an animal sanctuary. And afterwards, they praised townspeople for their amazing generosity. The collection by the group raised £ 400 worth of pet food for the Liz Bloomfield animal sanctuary at Lovesome Hill, Northallerton. Every effort is being made to keep the sanctuary going, despite the death of Mrs Bloomfield a month ago. 10th August 1987

Poster Prints are of comparable archival quality to our Photographic prints, they are simply printed on thinner Poster Paper. Whilst we only use Photographic Prints in our frames, you can frame Poster Prints if they are carefully supported to prevent sagging over time.

Poster prints are budget friendly enlarged prints in standard poster paper sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 etc). Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this print from Memory Lane Prints, we witness the heartwarming sight of more than 60 members of the Northallerton Motorcycle Action Group riding through town. Their purpose? To support an animal sanctuary in need. The bikers' incredible display of solidarity and compassion is truly commendable. As part of their appeal, these generous individuals managed to raise an impressive £400 worth of pet food for the Liz Bloomfield animal sanctuary at Lovesome Hill in Northallerton. This act of kindness comes at a crucial time for the sanctuary, which continues to persevere despite the recent passing of Mrs. Bloomfield just a month ago. The image captures not only the camaraderie among these motorbike enthusiasts but also showcases their dedication to making a difference within their community. Clad in leather jackets and helmets adorned with various emblems, they form an awe-inspiring parade that symbolizes unity and goodwill. This snapshot from August 10th, 1987 transports us back to a simpler time when charity work was carried out with genuine passion and selflessness. It serves as a reminder that even amidst personal loss, people can come together to create positive change. Kudos must be given not only to these remarkable bikers but also to the townspeople who showed amazing generosity by contributing towards this noble cause.
