23"x19" (58x48cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 16x12 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 23x19 inches (584x482mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This print captures the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and the mesmerizing Lower Manhattan skyline, as seen from Pebble Beach in New York City. The image showcases the grandeur of American architecture against a cloudy sky, creating a dramatic contrast that adds depth to the composition. The bridge, an impressive 19th-century suspension bridge, stands tall as a symbol of connection between boroughs. Its elegant design is beautifully juxtaposed with the modern skyscrapers that dominate Lower Manhattan's urban scene. As you gaze at this photograph, you can almost feel the rich history embedded in every stone of these structures. Pebble Beach itself provides a tranquil foreground to this bustling cityscape. The rocky shoreline meets the calm sea, offering a serene escape from the vibrant energy of New York City. It's no wonder why this spot has become such a popular tourist destination for those seeking both architectural marvels and natural beauty. Through Ed Hasler/robertharding's lens, we are transported back in time while appreciating America's cultural heritage. This monochrome masterpiece evokes nostalgia for an era long gone but still celebrated today. Whether you're an admirer of photography or simply captivated by traditional American culture, this print is sure to be a cherished addition to any collection - reminding us all of our shared past and inspiring future adventures in one of North America's most beloved cities.
