Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
The Fuling Mausoleum, also known as the East Mausoleum or the Mausoleum of Happiness, is a significant historical site located in the eastern part of Shenyang city, Liaoning Province, northeastern China. This mausoleum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004, was built during the Qing Dynasty and serves as the final resting place for Nurhaci, the founding emperor of the Qing Dynasty, and his wife, Empress Xiaocigao. The mausoleum was the main site for ritual ceremonies conducted by the imperial family throughout the entire Qing Dynasty. Nurhaci, who ruled from 1592 to 1626, was the founder of the Later Jin Dynasty, which later became the Qing Dynasty. He was a powerful military leader who united various Manchu tribes and established the Manchu empire. Empress Xiaocigao, also known as Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang, was a strong and capable woman who played an important role in the early years of the Qing Dynasty. The Fuling Mausoleum, which translates to "Mukden Pei Ling" in English, was constructed during the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty, around the 1620s. The mausoleum complex includes various structures, such as the Sacred Way, the Tablet Pavilion, and the Terrace of Ten Thousand Buddhas. The site is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, including lakes, hills, and forests, which add to its serene and peaceful atmosphere. The print depicts the Fuling Mausoleum during the 1920s, offering a glimpse into the past and showcasing the rich history and cultural significance of this important site. The mausoleum continues to be an essential part of China's cultural heritage and a popular tourist destination for visitors from around the world.
