Poster Prints are of comparable archival quality to our Photographic prints, they are simply printed on thinner Poster Paper. Whilst we only use Photographic Prints in our frames, you can frame Poster Prints if they are carefully supported to prevent sagging over time.

Poster prints are budget friendly enlarged prints in standard poster paper sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 etc). Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this evocative black-and-white photograph from the Motorsport Images archive, Argentine Formula One driver Carlos Reutemann is seen intently examining the cockpit of his Brabham BT42 Ford in the pitlane during the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort on July 29, 1973. The image captures the tense atmosphere of the pits as the race teams prepare for the upcoming event. The Dutch Grand Prix was the seventh round of the 1973 Formula One World Championship, and it took place at the iconic Zandvoort circuit in the Netherlands. Reutemann, who was in his second season in Formula One, was driving for the Brabham team that year. The BT42 was a competitive car, powered by the Ford Cosworth DFV V8 engine, which was used by many teams during that era. The photograph was taken from an overhead angle, providing a unique perspective of the pitlane scene. The viewer can see the various teams and their support personnel working frantically to prepare their cars for the race. The pitlane is filled with the sounds of engines revving, tires being changed, and the occasional burst of fire from the exhausts as the cars are warmed up. Reutemann's intense focus is evident as he checks over the cockpit of his car. He wears his helmet on the seat next to him, ready to climb in and take on the challenges of the race. The photograph captures a moment of quiet reflection before the chaos of the race begins. The Dutch Grand Prix was won that year by Jackie Stewart in a Tyrrell-Ford, with Reutemann finishing in a respectable sixth place. This photograph is a reminder of the rich history of Formula One racing and the dedication of the drivers and teams that have made it such an exciting and enduring sport.
