A Delightful Misunderstanding: Woman and Railway Porter, Early 20th Century (Mary Evans Prints Online) This charming comic postcard, dated back to the early 1900s, captures a light-hearted moment between a well-dressed Edwardian woman and a railway porter. The scene is set at a bustling railway station, where the woman, adorned in a large hat, frilly dress, and petticoat, stands beside her double luggage, looking rather puzzled.
