The Long-winged Harrier, also known as Buff-breasted Harrier, is depicted in flight with its long, pointed wings and slender body, showcasing its agile and graceful nature. The Secretarybird, on the other hand, is depicted in a more static pose, standing tall and proud with its distinctive plumage and long, curved beak. This illustration is taken from the "Dictionnaire de Natural Histoire: Ornithologie" (Dictionary of Natural Science: Ornithology) by Frederic Cuvier, a renowned French naturalist and zoologist.
