Henry Perlee Parker was an English artist, illustrator, and engraver who was born in 1858. He studied at the Royal Academy of Arts and then went on to work as a freelance artist for various publications such as The Graphic, Punch, and The Illustrated London News. He also illustrated books such as Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll.
