Nicholas II, the last Emperor of Russia, ruled during a tumultuous period in history. His reign was marked by significant events and influential figures such as Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin, whose influence on the royal family would have far-reaching consequences. In 1909, Nicholas II was photographed alongside George V, the Prince of Wales at the time. This image captured a moment of camaraderie between two powerful leaders.
