Framed Print of Gipsies, or rather what to do with them, have always been a great problem in

Gipsies, or rather what to do with them, have always been a great problem in the outer fringes of London. Their habit of temporarily settling on odd tracts of land, usually incenses the local residents. Most police action is simply that of passing the travellers onto their next place of call, hopefully on someone elses manor.
