Framed Prints From Memory Lane

Framed Print of Queen Elizabeth II meets Piers Corbyn. The Queen

Queen Elizabeth II meets Piers Corbyn.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh visit Imperial College of Science and Technology, to open the new College Block and Libraries Building.
Picture taken 27th November 1969.
22 year old Piers Corbyn (right in beard, and glasses), who is President of the Students Union, is presented to H.M The Queen. He met her twice, on the first presentation he was unable to present to the Queen with three letters. He informed the Duke of Edinburgh he had some letters for The Queen, but the Duke told him to do his own posting. However Piers did manage to present the letters to The Queen when he officially received her on this, the second occasion prior to taking her in to meet students and then having tea.
It is not known what is in the letters.
