The Spice Girls were an internationally known all girl pop group, whose songs and slogan " Girl Power", were a major feature of the 1990s.
They were made up of
Victoria Adams (top, centre in black), later to become Victoria Beckham, Melanie C (bottom left in tracksuit bottoms), Mel B (front sitting in white trousers), Emma Bunton ( back left in purple) and Geri Halliwell (right with red hair and blue trousers)
They released their first single " Wannabe" on 7th July 1996 and in October they released " Say You ll Be There". Further hits like " 2 Become 1" and " Spice Up Your Life" followed, plus the hit film " Spiceworld" until December 2000 when the group announced they were taking an indefinite hiatus

This iconic print captures the Spice Girls in all their 90s glory. Taken on October 23rd, 1996, it showcases the internationally renowned all-girl pop group that took the world by storm. With their catchy tunes and empowering slogan "Girl Power" the Spice Girls became a cultural phenomenon of the decade. In this picture, we see Victoria Adams (later known as Victoria Beckham) at the top center, exuding her signature style in black attire. Melanie C can be spotted at the bottom left, sporting tracksuit bottoms with confidence.
