Written by Ray Galton and Alan Simpson and starring Laurence Harvey, Daliah Lavi, Lionel Jefferies and Eric Sykes, the film is wide screen and colour, starts shooting in mid-May. Title role in the film is played by a bulldog. Pickles will have one of the other four canine parts in the film.
