Framed Print of Man using a telephone box. The red telephone box was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott
Man using a telephone box. The red telephone box was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, and up until the early 1980s was a familiar sight on the streets of the United Kingdom, Malta and Gibraltar, and despite a reduction in their numbers in recent years, red boxes can still be seen in many places. The colour red was chosen to make them easy to spot. April 1975. © Mirrorpix
