At the Jacques Esterel show, which opened the high fashion collections in Paris on Monday (27-7-64) there were certainly no bare bosoms just a bare head. Quite bare. Yul Brynner bare. And to show that the brave model girl was not bald to start with, every programme had a lock of her hair in it. Her name is Bibelot, and she cries a little each day when designer Jacques Esterel personally shaves her head. If it makes her so sad to be bald, why does she do it? She is my star model, says Esterel, and its important that she plays the stars role. In any case, I have made her fifteen wigs, and she can let her hair grow again in three months'. Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass). The back is stapled hardboard with a sawtooth hanger attached. Note: measurements provided are estimated outer dimensions, which include both the image and the frame.
