Lastly but not least is Theophile Pierre Delcasse filling in as Foreign Affairs minister. This engraving was originally featured on the front page of "Petit Journal" on February 5th in 1905. Preserved within a private collection today, it serves as an invaluable piece documenting France's political landscape during that era.
