Poster produced for the Southern Railway (SR) to promote day trips to view the battleships stationed at Gravesend in Kent, for which cheap combined rail and steamer tickets were offered. Evening trips to view the ships when the fleet was illuminated an night were also offered. The poster is illustrated with silhouette images of warships. Artwork by Ronald Brett
