VISUAL DESCRIPTION
The image depicts a Victorian-era building with architectural features typical of the period, such as decorative brickwork, arched windows, and a prominent gable with ornate detailing. The building has a spire-like structure that could indicate some form of public or institutional use, possibly a town hall, library, school or another municipal building. In front of the building are paved streets and sidewalks. There appear to be two figures walking on the sidewalk which gives a sense of scale to the scene. The artwork is done in watercolor style and presents an idyllic representation of 19th-century architecture and urban design.
