Swarm of nanorobots

Swarm of nanorobots, computer artwork. Nanotechnology is an area of science concerned with producing mechanical entities whose size is measured in nanometres (billionth of a metre). It is hoped that robots of this size will have medical applications; they could be used at a cellular level to fight illnesses and disease. They would also have industrial and commercial applications in the production of intricate components. Some plans for nanobots involve self- replication - the robots both perform a task and collect materials to reproduce themselves, with more robots enabling the task to be completed faster

17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This print showcases a mesmerizing "Swarm of nanorobots" in stunning computer artwork. Nanotechnology, an exciting field of science, focuses on creating mechanical entities that are measured in nanometres, which is equivalent to one billionth of a meter. The potential applications for robots at this minuscule scale are vast and promising. One area where these tiny wonders could revolutionize the world is medicine. Imagine these nanorobots being deployed at a cellular level to combat illnesses and diseases within our bodies. With their ability to navigate through intricate pathways, they hold the promise of delivering targeted treatments directly to affected areas. Beyond medical breakthroughs, there are also industrial and technological implications for these miniature marvels. Their size allows them to manipulate materials with unparalleled precision, making them invaluable in the production of intricate components. What's truly fascinating about some plans for nanobots is their self-replicating nature. These robots not only perform tasks but also gather materials required for reproduction. This unique feature enables exponential growth in numbers and accelerates completion times for various tasks. As we gaze upon this awe-inspiring illustration, we catch a glimpse into the future possibilities offered by nanotechnology and its potential impact on our lives. From fighting diseases to advancing industries, these swarm-like formations of nano robots represent an exciting frontier where science meets imagination.
