17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
September 16,2003: A Moment of Triumph for Rangers and Christian Nerlinger In the heart of Ibrox Stadium, the iconic Scottish football ground, the atmosphere was electric as Rangers Football Club took on German powerhouse VfB Stuttgart in the UEFA Cup group stage. With the scoreline delicately poised at 1-1, the tension was palpable, and both teams were eager to secure a valuable victory. Amidst the sea of blue and white jerseys, the focus shifted to the midfield, where Christian Nerlinger, the German-born Rangers player, stood poised to make history. The crowd held their breath as he received the ball, his eyes scanning the field for an opening. With a swift turn and a deft touch, Nerlinger created space for himself, leaving Stuttgart's defenders in his wake. As the Stuttgart goalkeeper came out to challenge, Nerlinger unleashed a powerful shot from just outside the penalty area. The ball soared through the air, arcing gracefully towards the goal. The crowd erupted in a cacophony of cheers as the ball found the back of the net, securing a 2-1 lead for Rangers. The moment was captured in this stunning photograph by Lynne Cameron, a renowned sports photographer. The image encapsulates the raw emotion and excitement of the game, with Nerlinger's triumphant expression etched on his face as he celebrates with his teammates. The sea of blue and white jerseys in the background adds to the sense of unity and camaraderie among the Rangers supporters. This photograph serves as a testament to the passion and determination of Rangers Football Club and its players, as well as the electrifying atmosphere that envelops Ibrox Stadium during a European match.
