17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this print from Memory Lane Prints, we are transported back to February 1985, where the legendary Newcastle United manager Jack Charlton is seen rolling out a barrel with sheer enthusiasm. Sporting his iconic football hat and exuding an infectious energy, Charlton seems determined to bring joy and laughter to a reunion of Outward Bounders. The image captures the essence of the 1980s - a decade known for its vibrant spirit and love for sports icons. As one of the most revered figures in English football history, Charlton's presence alone would have been enough to ignite excitement among fans. However, his playful gesture of rolling out a barrel adds an unexpected twist that perfectly encapsulates his charismatic personality. The significance of this moment lies not only in celebrating Newcastle United's success under Charlton's leadership but also in highlighting his genuine connection with people beyond football. The reunion serves as a testament to the lasting impact Outward Bound programs had on individuals' lives during that era. This photograph is more than just a snapshot frozen in time; it represents unity, camaraderie, and fond memories shared by those who were fortunate enough to witness it firsthand. It reminds us why sports icons like Jack Charlton hold such an esteemed place in our hearts - their ability to transcend boundaries and create unforgettable moments that resonate long after they've left the field.
