Beer Drink Glass Jacket Public Houses Expressions
23"x19" (58x48cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 16x12 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 23x19 inches (584x482mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this print titled "Man with a dodgy pint in a pub October 1976" we are transported back to the vibrant atmosphere of a British pub during the autumn of 1976. The image captures an intriguing moment, where a man stands confidently amidst the bustling crowd, holding his pint glass with an air of uncertainty. The photograph not only provides us with a glimpse into the fashion and clothing styles prevalent in the 1970s but also offers insight into the expressions and emotions that were part of everyday life. The man's jacket, adorned with unique patterns and colors, reflects both his individuality and his connection to contemporary fashion trends. As we observe him closely, it becomes apparent that there is something peculiar about his drink - hence its description as "dodgy". Perhaps it was an unusual concoction or simply an off-tasting beer; nevertheless, it adds intrigue to this snapshot frozen in time. This image transports us back to an era when pubs served as social hubs for communities, where people gathered after work or on weekends to unwind and connect over drinks. It reminds us of the importance these public houses held within society as places for camaraderie and shared experiences. "Man with a dodgy pint in a pub October 1976" by Revellie from Memory Lane Prints encapsulates not just one man's evening at the local watering hole but also serves as a nostalgic reminder of how our surroundings have evolved over time while still preserving those cherished moments spent among friends
