31"x27" (79x69cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 24x20 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 31x27 inches (787x685mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this print from Memory Lane Prints, we are transported back to January 1977 as the legendary boxer Henry Cooper immerses himself in a different kind of artistry. The image showcases Cooper's lesser-known talent for painting, as he diligently works on capturing the essence of a picturesque Cotswold Cottage. Known for his powerful punches and remarkable boxing career, it is fascinating to witness Cooper embracing an entirely different form of expression. With paintbrush in hand and focused determination etched across his face, he delicately adds vibrant strokes to bring life to the canvas before him. The juxtaposition between his athletic prowess and artistic finesse is truly striking. This snapshot captures a unique moment where two worlds collide - the raw intensity of sport merging with the serene beauty of art. As we delve into this glimpse from the past, we can't help but wonder about Cooper's motivations behind this creative endeavor. Was it an escape from the demanding world of boxing? Or perhaps a hidden passion that allowed him to explore another side of himself? Regardless, this photograph serves as a testament to human complexity and reminds us that even those who seem larger than life possess multifaceted talents waiting to be discovered. It invites us all to embrace our own unconventional passions and celebrate the extraordinary within ourselves.
