They say this goats milk helps your sex life... no kidding!. Thats a smug, satisfied grin on the face of Venus the goat. You don t think she knows what they re saying about her milk? That it puts pep into your sex life. Well that is what they say, those folk who partake of it regularly. They re in this line-up in the picture and you must agree they look pretty pleased with themselves too. Venus is being milked here by her owner, Mrs. Cecile Parker, who runs a health food store in Colchester, Essex. It was after the goat had snaffled some herbs from the shop that customers apparently noticed that the milk was giving them an added-well-zest. " One or two customers came in asking for the same goats milk that they had bought before, " said Mrs. Parker. " They said it had given them a lot more energy and something aout their partners noticing the difference. I thought they were joking. " But she put Venus on a special diet of herbs. " After that, more and more customers came into the store asking for the milk, " Mrs. Parker went on. But don t everybody rush off to Mrs. Ps Place. Venus produces a limited amount of milk and Mrs. Parker gives it free to regular customers only. June 1971 P011776

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.
