23"x19" (58x48cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 16x12 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 23x19 inches (584x482mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This stunning photograph captures the breathtaking beauty and engineering marvel of the George Washington Bridge, a iconic landmark spanning the Hudson River in New York, United States. Designed by the brilliant mind of Othmar H. Ammann, this two-level suspension bridge first opened its doors to the public on October 25, 1931. The upper level, which was the first to be completed, was initially used exclusively for automobile traffic, while the lower level, featuring a viaduct, was added later to accommodate buses and trucks. The bridge's impressive design and construction were a testament to Ammann's vision and the advancements in engineering and transportation technology during the early 20th century. The George Washington Bridge, which connects New York City to New Jersey, is an essential transportation hub, linking millions of people to their work, homes, and loved ones. The upper level of the bridge, with its distinctive suspension cables, soars high above the river, creating a striking contrast against the blue sky. Meanwhile, the lower level, which opened on August 29, 1962, blends seamlessly into the landscape, allowing for a more gradual ascent and descent. This photograph is a testament to the enduring allure of American infrastructure and the ingenuity of its creators. The George Washington Bridge stands as a symbol of progress, unity, and the indomitable human spirit, inspiring generations to reach new heights and cross new frontiers.
