17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This equestrian portrait captures the grace and nobility of Alberte Barbe d'Ernecourt, Lady of Saint Balmont, a prominent figure in 17th century France. Painted by Claude Deruet, a renowned artist of the time, this masterpiece showcases his exceptional talent for capturing both human and animal subjects. In the painting, Lady Alberte is depicted as an elegant horsewoman, seated proudly atop her magnificent steed. Her regal presence is enhanced by her flowing gown and ornate jewelry. The attention to detail in every brushstroke brings out the intricate patterns on her dress and highlights the delicate features of her face. The horse itself exudes power and strength as it stands tall with its head held high. Its glossy coat shimmers under the sunlight, adding depth to this remarkable artwork. The bond between lady and horse is evident through their synchronized movements and mutual trust. Deruet's use of light creates a heavenly atmosphere around Lady Alberte, almost like she is being guided by celestial beings. This ethereal touch adds an element of mystique to the painting. Displayed at Musee Carnavalet in Paris, this piece serves as a testament to both artistic skill and historical significance. It transports viewers back in time to witness not only one woman's grandeur but also provides insight into French nobility during that era. This photograph print from Fine Art Finder allows art enthusiasts worldwide to appreciate Deruet's genius up close while preserving its timeless beauty for generations to come
