17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
Great moment captured in this iconic photograph as Everton's Mikel Arteta celebrates his goal against Wigan Athletic, with David Unsworth looking on in the background. This image, taken by renowned sports photographer Phil Noble during the 2006-07 English football season, is a testament to the intense rivalry between these two teams. Arteta, a midfielder known for his composure and passing ability, had just scored a crucial goal for Everton, giving them the lead in a hard-fought match against their local rivals. The Spanish international's elated expression speaks volumes about the importance of the goal, as he raises his arms in triumph and turns to the Everton fans, who are going wild in the stands. Meanwhile, Wigan Athletic's assistant manager David Unsworth watches the scene unfold with a mixture of disappointment and respect. Unsworth, a former Everton player himself, had spent several years as a professional footballer at Goodison Park before moving on to manage Wigan. He knows all too well the emotions that come with scoring against your former team, and the significance of this goal for Everton and their fans. This photograph is a reminder of the passion and intensity that comes with derby matches, and the enduring rivalry between Everton and Wigan Athletic. It's a moment frozen in time, capturing the raw emotions and energy of football at its best.
