17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This iconic photo captures the moment Mikel Arteta scored Everton Football Club's first goal for the 2006-07 season against Bolton Wanderers. Taken by renowned sports photographer Carl Recine, the image immortalizes a pivotal moment in Everton's history. Arteta, a midfielder signed from Arsenal in the summer of 2005, had yet to find the back of the net for his new team. The pressure was mounting as Everton looked to secure their place in the Premier League following a difficult start to the campaign. In this match against Bolton, Everton's fortunes began to change. With the scoreline at 0-0, Arteta received the ball just outside the penalty area. He took a few touches to settle before unleashing a powerful strike that flew past the Bolton goalkeeper and into the back of the net. The crowd erupted in jubilation as Everton finally took the lead. The goal was a turning point for both Arteta and Everton. It gave the team a much-needed boost in confidence and helped them climb the table. Arteta went on to become a fan favorite and a key player for Everton, making over 100 appearances for the club before moving on to Arsenal once again in 2011. This photo serves as a reminder of the excitement and passion that comes with following a football team. It captures the raw emotion of the moment and the importance of a single goal in the context of a season. Whether you're a long-time Everton supporter or a new fan, this image is sure to inspire and bring back memories of the beautiful game.
