17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this electrifying moment from Everton Football Club's clash against Bolton Wanderers during the 2005-06 season, the intensity and focus of Phil Neville are palpable as he puts relentless pressure on Bolton's Stelios Ioannou. Neville, a versatile and tenacious midfielder known for his unyielding work ethic and defensive prowess, is seen here closing in on the Bolton winger, eyes fixed intently on the ball and his opponent. The atmosphere at Goodison Park was electric that day, with both teams vying for crucial points in a tightly contested Premier League campaign. Everton, under the management of David Moyes, were determined to secure a valuable three points and maintain their push for European football, while Bolton, under the guidance of Sam Allardyce, were equally resolute in their efforts to hold their ground. As the two players engage in a fierce battle for possession, Neville's body language exudes a sense of determination and urgency. With his arms outstretched and his torso bent low, he effectively shields the ball from Stelios, while his powerful legs drive him forward, ready to make a tackle or dispossess his opponent. Stelios, for his part, remains focused and poised, his eyes darting around the pitch for an escape route or an opportunity to break free from Neville's grip. The tension between the two players is palpable, as the outcome of this individual duel could well determine the course of the game. This image encapsulates the passion, skill, and sheer determination that characterizes football at the highest level, as Neville's unwavering pressure on Stelios serves as a testament to his legendary status as a defensive midfielder and Everton legend.
