23"x19" (58x48cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 16x12 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 23x19 inches (584x482mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
This photograph commemorates Everton Football Club's triumphant victory over Aston Villa on February 26, 2005. With a final score of 1-3 in favor of the Toffees, this game marked a significant moment in the previous season, 2004-05. The atmosphere at Villa Park was electric as both teams took to the pitch, each determined to secure the three points. Everton, under the management of David Moyes, had been in fine form, and their opponents, Aston Villa, were no pushovers. The first half of the game saw a balanced display from both teams, with few clear-cut chances created. However, Everton's resilience and determination paid off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Thomas Gravesen opened the scoring with a powerful strike from just outside the box, leaving Villa's goalkeeper with no chance. Aston Villa responded with a goal of their own, but Everton were not to be outdone. In the 73rd minute, Tim Cahill, Everton's Australian international, netted a stunning volley from a corner kick, restoring the Toffees' two-goal advantage. The final goal came in the 89th minute, with Mikel Arteta sealing the deal with a cool finish. The crowd went wild as Everton secured a hard-fought victory, cementing their position in the top half of the table. This photograph captures the elation and jubilation of the Everton players and fans, as they celebrate their triumph over Aston Villa. It serves as a reminder of a memorable moment in Everton's history and the passion and determination that drives the team forward.
