31"x27" (79x69cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 24x20 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 31x27 inches (787x685mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
Great photo capturing a moment of camaraderie and dedication from the Coventry City Football Club management and backroom staff during the 1960s. In this image, we see, from left to right, trainer Norman Pilgrim, assistant manager Alan Dicks, manager Jimmy Hill, and coach Pat Saward. Jimmy Hill, a legendary figure in Coventry City's history, was the manager from 1961 to 1965. Under his leadership, the team achieved promotion to the First Division in 1964, marking a significant milestone in the club's history. Hill's innovative tactics and charismatic personality made him a fan favorite and earned him the nickname "Mr. Coventry". Assistant manager Alan Dicks joined Coventry City in 1963, having previously played for the club as a winger. Dicks made over 200 appearances for Coventry before moving into coaching and management. He went on to manage Southend United and Millwall. Coach Pat Saward was an experienced player and coach, having previously played for clubs such as Arsenal and Leicester City. Saward joined Coventry City in 1963 and played a crucial role in the team's promotion to the First Division. He later managed Brentford and Queens Park Rangers. Trainer Norman Pilgrim was an essential figure behind the scenes, ensuring the players were in top physical condition. Pilgrim joined Coventry City in 1960 and remained with the club until 1968. His dedication and expertise played a significant role in the team's success during this period. This photo is a testament to the hard work, teamwork, and determination of the Coventry City Football Club management and backroom staff during the 1960s.
