23"x19" (58x48cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 16x12 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 23x19 inches (584x482mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this electrifying moment captured at White Hart Lane on September 21, 2010, Henri Lansbury revels in the joy of scoring Arsenal's first goal during their Carling Cup third round clash against arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur. The young midfielder, who was on loan from Nottingham Forest at the time, netted the opener in the 35th minute, marking a memorable start to the match for the Gunners. Surrounded by teammates Kieran Gibbs and Jack Wilshere, Lansbury's elation is palpable as they celebrate their team's early lead. The trio's jubilant expressions encapsulate the excitement and camaraderie of the Arsenal squad, as they looked poised to secure a decisive victory over their London rivals. The Carling Cup encounter between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur is a fixture that never fails to ignite passion and intensity, with both teams vying for supremacy in the North London derby. In the previous season's matches, the two sides had engaged in thrilling encounters, with Arsenal emerging victorious in the Premier League fixture, while Spurs claimed the FA Cup replay. This Carling Cup tie proved to be no different, as Arsenal went on to dominate the game, with Lansbury's goal setting the tone for a comprehensive 4-1 victory. The triumph served as a confidence-boosting result for the Gunners, who continued their impressive form throughout the season, ultimately reaching the final of the Carling Cup. Stuart MacFarlane's evocative photograph encapsulates the raw emotion and energy of football, as Lansbury and his teammates bask in the euphoria of scoring the first goal against their most bitter rivals. This iconic image is a testament to the passion, skill, and determination that defines the beautiful game.
