17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame

FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this iconic photograph, two Arsenal legends, Paul Merson and Kevin Campbell, are captured in a moment of pure jubilation as they celebrate Arsenal's hard-fought victory in the League Championship match against Manchester United, held at Highbury in London on May 6,1991. The image is a testament to the passion, determination, and team spirit that defined Arsenal Football Club during that era. Paul Merson, a prolific midfielder and attacking midfielder, was a key player for Arsenal during the late 1980s and early 1990s. His creativity, vision, and goalscoring ability were instrumental in Arsenal's success during that period. Merson's ability to read the game and create chances for his teammates earned him the nickname "The Magician.". Kevin Campbell, a powerful and agile striker, joined Arsenal in 1992 and went on to become a fan favorite. In this photograph, Campbell's infectious enthusiasm is evident as he leaps into the air, arms outstretched, to join Merson in the celebration. Campbell's goalscoring prowess and physical presence were crucial in Arsenal's attack, and he would go on to score 47 goals in 143 appearances for the club. The League Championship win in 1991 was a significant moment in Arsenal's history. The team had not won the title since 1971, and the victory marked the beginning of a new era of success for the club. The image of Merson and Campbell celebrating their win serves as a reminder of the excitement, passion, and pride that comes with supporting Arsenal Football Club. The photograph is a treasured memento of Arsenal's past glory days and a reminder of the legendary players who wore the red and white jersey. It is a snapshot of a moment in time that encapsulates the spirit of Arsenal Football Club and the enduring bond between the team and its fans.
