31"x27" (79x69cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 24x20 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 31x27 inches (787x685mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

EDITORS COMMENTS
In this poignant print captured by Stuart MacFarlane, we see Dani Ceballos of Arsenal standing alone at Wembley Stadium after the FA Cup Final match against Chelsea on August 1, 2020. The image serves as a stark reminder of the unprecedented times we are living in, with football stadiums across Europe remaining empty due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic.
As Government social distancing laws prohibit fans from entering venues, all fixtures have been played behind closed doors. This has created an eerie atmosphere within these iconic arenas that were once filled with passionate supporters cheering on their beloved teams. The absence of fans has left a void that cannot be easily filled.
Ceballos stands in solitude amidst the vastness of Wembley Stadium, his figure symbolizing both resilience and loneliness. His presence represents not only Arsenal's journey in reaching the final but also serves as a representation for all players who have continued to compete despite the lack of audience support.
The significance of this moment extends beyond football itself; it reflects our collective struggle during these challenging times. It reminds us that even though life may seem empty and uncertain at present, there is still hope and determination to carry on.
MacFarlane's photograph captures this unique period in history when sport was forced to adapt and find new ways to bring joy and entertainment while ensuring public safety. As we look upon this image, let us remember that although stadiums may be devoid of spectators for now, their spirit remains alive within each player who steps onto those hallowed grounds.
