Berries Berry Fruit Waxwings In Tree
17"x15" (43x38cm) Premium Frame
FSC real wood frame with double mounted 10x8 print. Double mounted with white conservation mountboard. Frame moulding comprises stained composite natural wood veneers (Finger Jointed Pine) 39mm wide by 21mm thick. Archival quality Fujifilm CA photo paper mounted onto 1mm card. Overall outside dimensions are 17x15 inches (431x381mm). Rear features Framing tape to cover staples, 50mm Hanger plate, cork bumpers. Glazed with durable thick 2mm Acrylic to provide a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish. Acrylic Glass is far safer, more flexible and much lighter than typical mineral glass. Moreover, its higher translucency makes it a perfect carrier for photo prints. Acrylic allows a little more light to penetrate the surface than conventional glass and absorbs UV rays so that the image and the picture quality doesn't suffer under direct sunlight even after many years. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Please note that, to prevent the paper falling through the mount window and to prevent cropping of the original artwork, the visible print may be slightly smaller to allow the paper to be securely attached to the mount without any white edging showing and to match the aspect ratio of the original artwork.

Berry Bonanza - Waxwing's Winter Wonderland in Oxon, UK!
EDITORS COMMENTS
. In this delightful snapshot captured by the talented George Reszeter, we witness a charming Waxwing indulging in a feast fit for royalty. Perched gracefully on a tree branch against the backdrop of an enchanting winter landscape, this European beauty is caught red-handed (or should we say beaked?) as it relishes mouthfuls of juicy berries. With its vibrant plumage and sleek crest adorning its head like a fashionable accessory, our feathered friend effortlessly steals the show. This single Waxwing seems to have mastered the art of balancing itself while savoring nature's sweet treats. Its focused gaze suggests that nothing can distract it from enjoying these succulent morsels amidst the chilly December breeze. As winter casts its icy spell across the United Kingdom, wildlife enthusiasts are treated to captivating scenes like this one – where birds become true connoisseurs of seasonal delights. The image serves as a reminder that even during colder months when most creatures seek shelter and warmth, there are those who embrace Mother Nature's bountiful offerings with gusto. So let us raise our imaginary glasses filled with berry-infused nectar and toast to George Reszeter for capturing this whimsical moment! Cheers to our little waxwing friend for reminding us all that life is too short not to indulge in some fruity fun – even if you're just winging it through winter!
