Flooding, Queen Street, Lostwithiel, Cornwall. November 1986
Clearing up after flooding affected Queen Street, Lostwithiel. The leat which runs beside and underneath Tanhouse Road and South Street to the River Fowey was blocked with silt and debris after heavy rains. The worst affected shop premises were the Baron Restaurant, Patterson Antiques and Stick shoe shop. The flood held up traffic from the St Austell and Liskeard directions for the whole of the day. Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.
