Poster Prints are of comparable archival quality to our Photographic prints, they are simply printed on thinner Poster Paper. Whilst we only use Photographic Prints in our frames, you can frame Poster Prints if they are carefully supported to prevent sagging over time.
Poster prints are budget friendly enlarged prints in standard poster paper sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 etc). Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.

EDITORS COMMENTS
Capturing Memories: Professional photographer Peter Day brings the world of photography to life for the enthusiastic pupils of Gilthwaite First School in Denby Dale. Sponsored by Kirklees Council and Yorkshire Arts, Mr. Day has spent 10 days teaching these young minds how to wield a conventional 35mm camera with finesse, as well as exploring alternative methods of capturing images. The fruits of their labor are now proudly displayed in this photo print. Taken in a dark room ingeniously converted from an old school toilet, the photographs showcase the creativity and talent nurtured under Mr. Day's guidance. It is remarkable to witness how these children have transformed their £250 prize money from winning the Examiners Junior Journalist competition two years ago into a fully equipped space for developing and printing their own masterpieces. This snapshot not only captures a moment frozen in time but also symbolizes the power of education, artistry, and community support coming together seamlessly. The joy radiating from both Mr. Day's face and those of his eager students exemplifies the transformative impact that exposure to creative mediums can have on young minds. As we delve into this nostalgic image from March 1990, we are reminded that even at such tender ages, these children possess boundless potential waiting to be unleashed through artistic expression.
