Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.

This image from the late 15th or early 16th century showcases the rich diversity of Turkish society during the Ottoman Empire. The central figure, dressed in grand attire and adorned with a magnificent turban, is the Sultan. He holds a scepter in one hand and a fan in the other, symbols of his royal power and authority. To his right, a Janissary, an elite infantry soldier of the Ottoman army, stands guard. His distinctive red fez and curved sword are clear indicators of his military rank. To the left of the Sultan, a Sultana, the imperial princess or queen, is depicted in elegant attire. She wears a veil and carries a fan, a common accessory for women of rank in the Ottoman court. The woman in the background, dressed in a colorful robe and holding a bow and arrows, is likely a member of the nobility.
