A2 Poster (59.4 x 42cm, 23.4" x 16.5" inches) printed on 170gsm Satin Poster Paper. Securely packaged, rolled and inserted into a strong mailing tube and shipped tracked. Poster Prints are of comparable archival quality to our Photographic prints, they are simply printed on thinner Poster Paper. Whilst we only use Photographic Prints in our frames, you can frame Poster Prints if they are carefully supported to prevent sagging over time.

Poster prints are budget friendly enlarged prints in standard poster paper sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 etc). Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.

EDITORS COMMENTS
1. Title: A Glimpse into the Inner Workings of a Steam Engine: General View and Cross Section This image showcases a detailed view of a steam engine, with both a general perspective and an intricate cross-section. The steam engine, a marvel of the Industrial Revolution, was a pivotal invention that transformed the transportation industry. In the foreground, the general view reveals the engine's impressive size and complexity. The intricate network of pipes, valves, and cylinders work in unison to convert thermal energy into mechanical power. The massive flywheel, located at the rear, stores energy and ensures a smooth and consistent power output. The firebox, where fuel is burned to produce heat, is visible at the front, with the chimney releasing the resulting steam. The cross-section view, presented in the background, offers a closer look at the engine's inner workings. The steam engine's design is based on the principles of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. The high-pressure steam enters the engine through the inlet valve and pushes the piston to rotate the crankshaft, which in turn powers the wheels. The exhaust steam is expelled through the exhaust valve, and the cycle begins anew with the intake of cold water and fresh fuel. The steam engine, invented by James Watt in the late 18th century, revolutionized transportation by providing a reliable and efficient power source for locomotives, ships, and factories. This image serves as a testament to the ingenuity and innovation of the past, offering a fascinating glimpse into the inner workings of this iconic machine. The steam engine, with its intricate design and powerful capabilities, represents a significant milestone in the history of engineering and transportation. This image, with its captivating general view and detailed cross-section, offers a unique perspective on the inner workings of this remarkable invention.
