"Rivalry Reignites: A Moment of Passion at Ashton Gate Stadium - March 6, 2012 The air was thick with anticipation as the clock ticked down to kick-off at Ashton Gate Stadium on a chilly March evening in 2012. The long-standing rivalry between Bristol City and Leicester City was about to be reignited, and both sets of fans were eagerly awaiting the first team clash of the old season 11-12. The stands were filled to capacity, with the sea of blue and white Bristol City shirts contrasting sharply with the red and white of Leicester City.
