Poster Prints are of comparable archival quality to our Photographic prints, they are simply printed on thinner Poster Paper. Whilst we only use Photographic Prints in our frames, you can frame Poster Prints if they are carefully supported to prevent sagging over time.

Poster prints are budget friendly enlarged prints in standard poster paper sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 etc). Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.

EDITORS COMMENTS
Talk about a nose for adventure! This Short-beaked Echidna is on a mission to find its favorite meal - ants and termites. Armed with an incredible beak that can detect electrical impulses in its prey, this spiny creature knows exactly where to dig. Hailing from the beautiful land of Tasmania, Australia, this curious egg-laying mammal has some unique parenting skills. After mating, the female lays just one leathery-shelled egg which she incubates in a temporary pouch on her belly at a cozy 32 °C for about 10 days. Once hatched, the baby echidna stays snug in mom's pouch until it's covered in short spines. But don't let their prickly appearance fool you; these little ones are quite pampered. The mother returns every one to two days to suckle her baby before eventually leaving it in a nursery burrow. It takes around three months for them to start exploring the outside world, but they're rarely spotted until they reach about one year old. When it comes to food, the echidna is no ordinary diner. With over 1300 ant species and nearly 350 termite species living Down Under, this specialist has plenty of options on its menu. That's why you can find them all across Australia! So if you ever spot an echidna digging up some dirt with its impressive beak, remember that it's not just searching for lunch; it's embarking on an exciting journey through life as one of nature's most fascinating creatures.
