A2 (59.4 x 42cm) Poster Print

A2 Poster (59.4 x 42cm, 23.4" x 16.5" inches) printed on 170gsm Satin Poster Paper. Securely packaged, rolled and inserted into a strong mailing tube and shipped tracked. Poster Prints are of comparable archival quality to our Photographic prints, they are simply printed on thinner Poster Paper. Whilst we only use Photographic Prints in our frames, you can frame Poster Prints if they are carefully supported to prevent sagging over time.

Poster prints are budget friendly enlarged prints in standard poster paper sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 etc). Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.

Rockstar of the Skies - Cape Vulture Strikes a Pose!

EDITORS COMMENTS
. In this snapshot, we witness the majestic Cape Vulture perched on a rugged rock in South Africa. With its striking appearance and impressive wingspan, this feathered marvel is truly a sight to behold. Donning its IUCN Vulnerable status like a badge of honor, it reminds us of the importance of protecting our wildlife. Centered on Lesotho and South Africa, these vultures prefer open grasslands adorned with karooid vegetation. They are also drawn to mountains for orographic lift and cliffs that serve as ideal roosting and nesting sites. Talk about having an eye for prime real estate! As true scavengers, these birds have developed quite an appetite for carrion and bone fragments from larger carcasses. Their role in nature's clean-up crew cannot be underestimated! With their sleek feathers glistening under the African sun, this single Cape Vulture seems to be taking a well-deserved break from its soaring adventures above the savannahs. Its regal presence against the backdrop of vast landscapes showcases why it reigns supreme among birds of prey. So let's raise our binoculars to John Cancalosi's incredible photography skills capturing this wild beauty in all its glory! This print serves as a reminder that even amidst adversity, nature never fails to amaze us with its resilient creatures – like our very own rockstar vulture!
