Poster produced for London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) to promote rail travel to Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The poster shows a view of the seafront, with the promenade, trees and beach. Artwork by Frank Newbould (1887-1951), who studied at Bradford College of Art and joined the War Office in 1942. He also designed posters for the GWR (Great Western Railway), Orient Line and Belgian Railways. Dimensions: 1016 mm x 1270 mm
