Created by renowned print makers Johann Sadeler I and Hans Bol between 1580 and 1600, this artwork beautifully captures a scene from one of the most famous parables in the Bible. The image showcases a public road winding through low hill country, adorned with rolling hills and charming cottages. In the foreground, we witness an injured passenger lying on the ground while a compassionate figure tends to his wounds - none other than the good Samaritan himself.
