Researcher testing Lego robots playing Pacman

Lego Pacman game. Researcher testing a three dimensional game of Pacman played by Lego robots. In this game the player operates the " good" yellow robot by remote control whilst the " bad" red robots will automatically try to capture it. The game is played in a maze marked out with black lines on a white background. The red robots are controlled by Mindstorm computer Lego bricks which are programmed to chase and capture the yellow robot. The red robots negotiate the maze with the help of optical sensors that recognize the black lines. The bad robots also have optical sensors that help them to locate the good robot. EDITORS COMMENTS
In this photo print, we witness a researcher delving into the realm of technology and robotics as they test Lego robots playing Pacman. The three-dimensional game unfolds on a maze marked out with black lines against a pristine white background. At the heart of this thrilling game is the "good" yellow robot, operated by remote control, while its adversaries - the "bad" red robots - relentlessly pursue it in an attempt to capture it. To achieve their objectives, these red robots are equipped with Mindstorm computer Lego bricks that have been meticulously programmed to chase down their target. Navigating through the intricate maze becomes possible for them thanks to optical sensors that can detect and follow the black lines marking out their path. Furthermore, these cunning villains possess additional optical sensors that aid them in locating and closing in on their prey. This remarkable scene was captured at LegoLab within Denmark's esteemed University of Aarhus. It serves as a testament to human ingenuity and innovation in merging two beloved realms: Lego and Pacman. As we gaze upon this image, our imagination takes flight, envisioning endless possibilities where playfulness intertwines seamlessly with cutting-edge technology.
