Jos Verstappen (Benetton B194 Ford) came in for his pitstop. As the Refueller pulled the fuel hose away the valve stuck open allowing fuel to still come out of the nozzle and over the car which ignited into a huge fireball. Here Benetton mechanic Paul Seaby gets engulfed in flames.
