Sir Arthur Pearson (1866-1921), English newspaper and magazine publisher, seen at his wifes stall in Trafalgar Square on St. Dunstans Day. Sir Arthur founded St. Dunstans hostel for blinded soldiers and sailors during the First World War to aid rehabilitation of men who had lost their sight during the conflict.
