This particular print highlights the unique defensive mechanism of the pufferfish, a member of the Tetraodontidae family, also known as the puffer or balloonfish. When threatened, the pufferfish inflates its body by gulping in water or air, becoming bloated and spherical in shape, making it difficult for predators to swallow.
