To commemorate the Golden Jubilee of the Wolf Cub section of the Coventry Boy Scouts, a special two-acre field was officially opened at Rough Close by Mrs. E. E Williams, who founded the 20th Coventry Cub pack in 1917. Although Ma Williams is in her 87th year she said it was a great honour to have the field named after her and she was delighted that the cubs now have a field of their own.
